Blogchallenge: L.e.A.P

Hello & welcome to my Blogchallenge on Monday! Today's topic is: Le.A.P

When I decided and put together all the topics for my Blogchallenge I choose them intuitively.
So what is really exiting is that I am taking a big leap in these days.

I am working on my new website. I am very happy about that decision. I do love this place here. I have really put a lot into it. Lots of energy and time and love.

But when I started to invest in my business I realized that I needed a fresh start. I need to be able to "own" my place. I need to be able to make all the decisions by myself.

It feels like I need to come home and that is why I take the leap.

When my statistics started to go higher and higher all the spamer started to come in.

So as I work as an Intuitive I really need to have my sacred space.

I am very happy about this new start and I love love love to invite you to come over the new place.

It will be ready in 1-2 weeks and for this occasion I am opening up new spots for my "In the Spotlight" Series. This is a great opportunity if you want to be interviewed and share your gifts with the world.

TAKE THE LEAP:

If you want to be featured on my new website please share it in the comments below and tell me where I can find you (Email/ FB/ Website).

Love & Light, Andrea

Blogchallenge: E.A.s.E

Hello & welcome to my Blogchallenge on Monday! Today's topic is: E. A. s. E

So, that is one of my favorite topics ever! People have the tendency to make everything really complicated. People are in their head. People think in a box. People are willing to suffer and to work hard. It is like we want to proove how hard we can work and how tough we can be.

One thing I really never understood when I have been a Mimestudent in Paris. We were treatend like an Elite Group. Like special ones. On one side.

On the other side we had to sit in the spotlight, lots of eyes fixed on us, all alone on stage. Feedback time. They have beaten us up. With words. It felt like that.

Why?

They said:
We want to prepare you to be strong for the world outside.
You have to be tough, we train you.

I know that is a current behavior in theatre schools. It is the same everywhere.

I am far away of that thinking.

Creativity, Vulnerability, Passion, Love, Commitment are all coming from a place of sharing.
We open our heart  to the world.
We give.
Because we need to.
Because it feels easy.
Because it is pure.

We do not need to become hard.
It works the other way round.

Ease- we can allow ourself to respect our heart, the flow of it, to listen to the heartbeat, the wispers.
This never lies.
This never feels hard.

It feels soft and lovely and easy. It opens doors!

I want to encourage you to allow yourself to follow your path- that path that makes you smile.

This is growth.

WE do not need to hold on something that feels hard. Embrace it and then let it go.

Please share in the comment below:

1. When do you forget about time? What is easy for you?
2. If you want to participate, do not forget to link back to your blog in the comment section as well.
3. Please visit the other blogs and share your wisdom!

Blogchallence: V.i.B.R.a.n.C.E

Hello & welcome to my Blogchallenge on Monday! Today's topic is:

V.i.B.R.a.n.C.E

So- I keep it simple!

In two days I will take the plane and fly to the most beautiful country- the land of the Celts!
I will spend 7 days at my favorite place on earth. The place I am visiting since the age of 20.

Yes, that is quite for a long time.

St. Ives in Cornwall.

That is where I feel vibrant. It is the place where my heart belongs. This is the place where I fill my batteries with joy and ease and inspiration.

Vibrance is in the air.

I want to share some impressions from my trips in 2012.

Enjoy!

I love the light and the colors:

The oldest door:

St. Ives- full of boats and ropes:

I will spend time to find little treasures:

I will meet all the extraordinary people. People who became my friends.

Oh yes, we will talk. We will spend hours talking about painting, about life about what inspires us.

It will be soul nurturing!

Tell me in the comment below:
Is there a place on earth that makes you feel vibrant?

Love & light!
Andrea

In the spotlight: Jeanne Dulaney Andrus

Today's interview is with Jeanne Andrus, owner and founder of Ignite!, where I help women transform their experience of menopause into a journey of discovery filled with joy, love and laughter.

Hello and welcome to the place where bravehearts meet! I am so happy to have you here!

Please introduce yourself to my blogreaders:

I am the owner and founder of Ignite!, where I help women transform their experience of menopause into a journey of discovery filled with joy, love and laughter.

How did you find out what your calling is ?

I started my business as a personal trainer and running coach. But as I worked with women in their 40’s and 50’s, I found they needed support around the changes that come with menopause. Not just the physical changes (and temporary symptoms), but the emotional, mental and spiritual ones as well. I wanted to help women create a path through this time of their life so that they are happier, healthier and more fulfilled, rather than less.

So, now I offer wellness coaching that includes diet, exercise, stress management and how to handle the changes that occur in your body throughout the menopause experience.

Please share your favorite thing about your business:

My favorite thing is still crossing the finish line of a 5k race with a woman who never believed she could run 5 kilometers before she started working with me ! It’s just such a wonderful visual reminder of how far she’s come ! Not everyone who works with me becomes a runner, but it’s a special moment for those who do.

What was your bravest step?

On the surface, the bravest thing I ever thought I did, the one that had my heart crashing in my chest was sky-diving! I used to say it was the biggest fear I wanted to conquor, so a couple of years ago, my son and I signed up and did it. Stepping off that platform, even strapped to an experienced instructor, was big! I found out that, like so many things that fear keeps us from, it was FUN! And I want to do it again!

But, when I think about it, the moment I gave my heart to my second husband and the one where I quit my job as a computer consultant to start my business were really braver! Because marriages and businesses fail all the time, and sky divers really do land just fine almost every time!

As you know I am a Dreamcoach where I help heartcentred people connect with their passion, mission, and vision. What are you dreaming about?

I’m dreaming about creating a retreat for women who just need a break! A place where they can go and re-connect with themselves, find some balance and be able to see the path open in front of them that will lead them to their hearts‘ desire.

What are your top 3 tips to keep balance as an Entrepreneur ?

My tips to keeping balance are the same for everybody , entrepreneur or not…

1.Support yourself with a healthy body– exercise every day, eat a nutritious diet and get enough sleep !

2.Don’t forget to get up out of your work every once in a while and just have fun !

3.Laugh !

How can we find you?

I’m online at www.live-ignited.com and I answer questions about menopause and provide information about the process of menopause (I’m currently writing a year-long series on the signs, changes and „symptoms“ of menopause) on Facebook at www.facebook.com/RockinMenopause.

Dreamheartsmartart is a place to get inspired and to share with an open heart. What would you like to offer to my readership?

Enter your name and email address here and Jeanne will send you a free beach vacation – a guided relaxation visualization that will take you away to the beach and have you breathing easier in just 10 minutes. I love the ocean and find there’s nowhere more restful than anywhere near the water.

I’ll also send you my free video series „5 steps to Rockin‘ Menopause.“

Thank you so much Andrea!

Little NOTE from Andrea:
The next interview will be up in a week.

Blogchallenge: M.a.s.T.e.R.Y

Hello and welcome to my Blogchallenge! Today's topic is Mastery.

What a topic! The definition of the word is:
a. full command or understanding of a subject
b. outstanding skill; expertise
c. the power of command; control

Here is how I look at it:

Creativity:
When it comes to my creative work, like painting, collaging, taking photos, movements, journaling... I do not wait or I do not judge myself to "not have it super perfect yet" or to have a final beautiful outcome.

If I was longing for an outstanding skill in this area - I guess I would never start to do anything. Which would be a pitty.

Backgrounds from my latest work. Birdies. In process.

My work:
When I decided to become a Dreamcoach and to help others to live a happier and fullfilled life- I wanted to have all  the expertise to do that.

When I wanted to go on stage with my One- Women-Show- I absolutely needed to master the technics to be able to express what I wanted.

I help my clients to get clarity and power with my intuitive Dreambook readings.
They are getting wings, an open heart and a lot of courage.

My learning:
I always wanted to learn from the best. From the masters. That is why I took the risk and left my beautiful appartement, my 6 figure job, my beautiful country and went to the auditions of "The International School of Mime of Marcel Marceau" in Paris.

Risk taking and being brave is so worth it.

I learned from the Master himself and this gave me the skills I needed. In my personal live and growth and as an Entrepreneur.

Up to you:
What do you think about Mastery?
How do you look at it when it comes to creativity, work and learning?
Do you have a story?

Please share it with us- it is so beautiful to inspire each other.

Blogchallenge: D.E.E.P.e.N

Hello and welcome to my blogchallenge. Today's topic is DEEPeN.

This is my word for the year 2013. I am so happy that I have chosen this one. 2012 was a year where I learned so much: A lot of new skills for my coaching practise.
I took many online courses in growing my business.
Oh and all the artcourses - I love it so much.
Honestly 2012 has been a huge year in becoming the person I was longing for.

At the end of 2012 I really felt that I wanted to have a feeling of completion. First I thought that might be the word for 2013. But it went deeper than that. It took me 2-3 weeks to finally get it that it was DEEPEN.

Here is my Dreambook that I created for 2013:

I love the purple colours. And when I went deeper into it I realized the bodymovement of the women. It goes deeper down. Even the flowers have all a center point that goes deep.

So I want to deepen:
  • the connection with my heart and my loved ones
  • all the skills I already own
  • my relationship with my clients and how I can serve them even better
  • my relationship with my mastermind groups
  • my love affair with pencils, crayons and stencils
  • my connection to nature and be grounded
  • oh- I know there is so much more.

But the essence is that I have everything within.
If you want to find your "Word of the year" I highly recommend to download the
FREE Mini-E- Book from Christine Kane. It is such a great tool to set intention!
LOvE it!

Question:
Waht can you deepen in the coming week? Please share your answers in the comment below.

Blogchallenge:

1. Did you create something for my Blogchallenge?
2. Post it on your blog or website.
3. Link back to my blog.
4. Leave a comment here on my post and link back to your blog.

Blogchallenge on Monday: B.L.i.S.S.

A very merry happy X-Mas to YOU!

Our today's topic is BLISS.

I remember when I travelled the first time to the U.S. this summer I have stayed in a very cool hotel, the W in Atlanta. And guess what: The showergel and the bodylotion was called BLISS.

I loved it and I have to admit that I put all the small tubes into my little bag. Everytime when I smell it I automatically feel like I would be there!

I love when things are simple. And bliss feel like that. It is flowing. A wonderful emotion. Looking back to my past year, there have been so many magic moments filled with bliss.

2012 was an excellent year, full of huge changes and moves forward.

I visited my beloved place St. Ives. That place where I am full of happiness. All started with my dreambook and my intention to visit and meet new people. At the end of this year I can say that I have been there 3 times, which is pure magic. And I met so many wonderful heartcentred people.
And I even had the opportunity to be on stage with my one women mime show: From Mona to Lisa- the Universe of women- and the space sold out.

This year I also met my coach Christine Kane. Again, it started with my Vision- Dreambook 2012 where all of sudden I realized that it was full of the colour GOLD. So that was pure bliss- I knew that I would be able to sign up for her Gold Academy which I did indeed.

I also was gifted to finally be able to sell my fathers house to a person I truly adore. I was very closed to give up, to loose hope to find someone who appreciate the house the way it is.
The day when the "house to sell"- advertise was over I got a phonecall. 3 weeks later I gave my beloved key to the most perfect person in this Universe!

Bliss means for me: To trust and follow my heart. To step up and speak my truth out loud. To never give up even if it looks like there is no way. To believe. To be brave. To live my vision. To feel true passion. To tell people that I love them even if I take the risk to get red cheeks. To be me a 100%.

This is bliss. This is life.

Trust your heart.

Be brave, Breaveheart!

Your story matters!

Andrea

Please share in the comments below one moment full of bliss from your past year.

PS: If you are interessed in my intuitive Dreambook Quickstart Session, then please contact me at mail (at) andreahiltbrunner (dot) com. Togehter we will create your vision for 2013! LOvE!

Blogchallenge P.L.A.Y.f.u.L.N.E.s.s.

What a great word- playfulness. As a mother  I am still in this playground world and I am so happy about that. It is  the energy of playing that really lights me up.

I am an idea person and I see many bulbs in my idea heaven. But life sometimes has it‘s moments when I feel stuck and my idea doesn’t want to advance.

That’s  the moment when I sit on the floor of our  living room, and then I start to play. Full attention.

To PLAY with my FULL attention. You see that combination, don’t you?

So first, I change the direction of where my attention goes.  This alone shifts my whole energy.

In less than 10 minutes.

Easy stuff!  No need to blame yourself for beeing stuck. Just get out of it, change your attention, do something else…, - play. If you have a dog or a cat then play with them. They will adore you. You will adore them.

And that is our purpose to this world- let’s make it a better place.

Start today and share in the comment below:
What brings you to the energie of playfulness?

Blogchallenge on Monday: S.E.L.F.C.a.r.E

Welcome to my blogchallenge! Today's topic is:

SELF-CARE

As a mother and an entrepreneur it is THE topic.

My eyes start to sparkle when I dream about spa days, hanging out in cafés, writing and creating in silence. So I have to plan these huge events (that's what they are for me: huge).

Here is a picture from last week when I have been in New York and my eyes were sparkling.

But I decided not to wait until day X is back, so I put sweet little habits in my every day life.

          For me that means:
  • Making myself a really good cappucino with chocolate powder.
  • Meditating 10 minutes during the children's nap time.
  • Totally unplugging a little bit each day.
  • Sitting on the floor, in the grass.
  • Taking a shower in the middle of the afternoon.
  • Listening to my heart.

To listen to my heart has become the most important self- care tool. It allows me to feel how I feel and not to judge it, to be aware of my deepest wishes, to be fully present in the moment.

With this practice the voice of the inner critic can go away. And honestly, what I see in my coaching- practice: The inner critic is the most common enemy. It stops you from beeing YOU, it stops your power, gets in the way of your passion.

So for today, I want you to listen carefully to your inner voice. How the communication is going. What words you are saying to yourself. Notice it.

This awareness is the first step to a wonderful realtion ship with YOU!

YOU are beautiful!

Please share in the comments below:

What are your insights about the inner critic and please share one self-care tool.

Love & Light, Andrea

Next challenge: 10th december: Playfulness

*********

Herzlichst Andrea

h.e.A.R.T. Blogchallenge on Monday

Welcome to my second blogchallenge! Todays topic is:  heART!

I truly believe that our heart is full of wisdom and that we can find every answer, every inspiration in our heart.

As a dreamcoach I help people to connect with their heart again, with the whispers, with their wisdom. When we find that connection again true magic happens.
I hear my clients speak in a different way, the voice gets clearer, the energie flows and they start to shine. I am always full of happiness when I can be part of that journey!

For this blogchallenge I have chosen to combine heart & art and created a painting called:
What makes your heart sing?

I first used lots of different paper, glued them on my little canva. I used lots of acrylic and painted over the whole collage.

I love birds. Our garden is full of them! And my logo is the feather (www.andreahiltbrunner.com)

"What makes your heart sing?"- please ask you this question and share your answer in the comment below!
Love & happiness,
Andrea

Herzlichst, Andrea
