Huge Succes with my Intuitive Dreambook Reading

I am spending lovely days in Cornwall, England- the Land of my Heart.

 

England, is also where my very first English client lives.

I made a wonderful experience with her with my Intuitive Dreambook Reading.

I feel much more confident about what I offer and I am now taking steps to transform the ideas from our work together into new services and products for my business.

Blogchallenge on Monday: R.E.L.e.A.s.E

Hello and welcome to my Blogchallenge on Monday!

 

I love the topic: R.E.L.e.A.s.E

 

Some weeks ago I realized that I have to let go of something that wasn't  valid for my life anymore.

I felt that it became an obstacle and I found out that it has been a limited belief.

Oh yes, we all have them. Sometimes we are aware of them, sometimes not.

 

It took my a while to truly feel that is was just a thought. That is wasn't the truth.

 

I felt that I had to let go of the fear that I am not perfect enough to offer my Intuitie Readings in English. That people will probably think that I have an accent. That people will not like it.

 

But then my inner voice got louder and louder because I wanted to open up, I wanted to expand- yes I wanted to spread my wings. I wanted to serve more people.

 

So I had to let go.

I had to trust.

I had to release everything that was no longer in allignement with my heart.

Fears are never great friends.

So we have to say Godd-Bye to them.

To let them go with LoVe.

 

So I went to my workspace and started to paint.

I said Good-Bye to the fear and invited My Braveheart to step into my Life.

When  I was 14 years old I went to see "Dead Poets Society" and from that moment on I felt  my young life changed ! Oh I loved it! Just loved it!

 

Since then the poem of Henry Daviod Thoreau has always been in my head! It is like my mantra for more than 20 years!

 

So today I want to share the beginning of these beautiful lines with you PLUS a video  that I found on youtube.

The video ist with music so be aware of that if you watch it in a museum.

Blogchallenge on Monday: Alignment

Hello and welcome to my first blogchallenge in 2013!

Can I still say: Happy New Year? I will and, I wish you with all my heart that 2013 will be the best year ever for you! And that you cross many brigdes of courage and faith!

Today’s topic is "Alignment“

The first thing that popped into my mind was, that in the past month, new people have come into my life. In real life and in my virtual world!

It‘s really awesome, when you‘re connected with your heart and true vision, magic happens.

One person I dropped in to was Bernardo Mendez from http://www.yourgreatlifetv.com/ (Please check it out if you haven’t already).

Some weeks later, he announced a chance to win a 75 min Breakthrough session, I immediately sent my answers to his questions back.

Awesome - I was chosen! Jumping in my living- room !
I am so grateful that this opportunity showed up and I am really looking forward to that session.

A deeper sense of alignment for me personally is to become more and more the person I really am. I can let go of the old things that no longer fit me and old habits or patterns. 

I also got clearer on my goals and my vision with the help of these wonderful planners. If you haven’t mapped out your year I really recommend that you get them (I got the Combo-Pack for $17)

 

On my last call with my Coach Christine Kane she really encouraged me to step up and share my gifts with the world. To be brave to be seen. That really hit me and feels very powerful and scary at the same time.

 

And this is the most perfect place! To feel excitement and fear at the same time, right?

I let it sink in and as a lover of big dreams and double actions steps, I keep going!

Alignment also showed up in a very unexpected way. In 2012 I bought  a Style Session to get tips  to show my personality through my clothes. As I teach people about their body-image, I was longing for that "completion“ in my warderobe.

Last week I finally had that session. It was fun -pure fun and guess what?!

My bodyshape is perfect for everything in the A- ligne.

A = A-Line = Alignment as well.

That's how things come together.

Blogchallenge on Monday: B.L.i.S.S.

A very merry happy X-Mas to YOU!

Our today's topic is BLISS.

I remember when I travelled the first time to the U.S. this summer I have stayed in a very cool hotel, the W in Atlanta. And guess what: The showergel and the bodylotion was called BLISS.

I loved it and I have to admit that I put all the small tubes into my little bag. Everytime when I smell it I automatically feel like I would be there!

I love when things are simple. And bliss feel like that. It is flowing. A wonderful emotion. Looking back to my past year, there have been so many magic moments filled with bliss.

2012 was an excellent year, full of huge changes and moves forward.

I visited my beloved place St. Ives. That place where I am full of happiness. All started with my dreambook and my intention to visit and meet new people. At the end of this year I can say that I have been there 3 times, which is pure magic. And I met so many wonderful heartcentred people.
And I even had the opportunity to be on stage with my one women mime show: From Mona to Lisa- the Universe of women- and the space sold out.

 

This year I also met my coach Christine Kane. Again, it started with my Vision- Dreambook 2012 where all of sudden I realized that it was full of the colour GOLD. So that was pure bliss- I knew that I would be able to sign up for her Gold Academy which I did indeed.

I also was gifted to finally be able to sell my fathers house to a person I truly adore. I was very closed to give up, to loose hope to find someone who appreciate the house the way it is.
The day when the "house to sell"- advertise was over I got a phonecall. 3 weeks later I gave my beloved key to the most perfect person in this Universe!

Bliss means for me: To trust and follow my heart. To step up and speak my truth out loud. To never give up even if it looks like there is no way. To believe. To be brave. To live my vision. To feel true passion. To tell people that I love them even if I take the risk to get red cheeks. To be me a 100%.

This is bliss. This is life.

Trust your heart.

Wonderful Atlanta!

I hardly can't believe it but my dream has come true and I visited Atlanta!
The journey was quite hard! I got evacuated by the police in New York City (JFK), lost my connecting flight to Atlanta, finally got there and had a real challenging taxi-journey (saw the bad guys in the dark night) and arrived 24 hours later in the hotel.

I finally arrived! The Uplevel your business event with Christine Kane started!
And it was such a greta start!
A.W.E.S.O.M.E!!!

I met 200+ Entrepreneurs from all over the world! The room was full of joy and energie! We had londgdays, from 9am to 9pm. I learned so much, we had great discussions- but the most important thing was: we focused and we got much more clearer!
Clarity is key!

Ich fasse es kaum, doch ich war tatsächlich in Atlanta und mein Traum hat sich erfüllt!
Ich hatte eine eher schwere Hinreise mit allem Drum und Dran: Evakuierung im Flughafen von JFK, Anschlussflug nach Atlanta verpasst, mit dem Taxi durch die wohl gefährlichsten Quartiere geheizt und am Ende, nach 24 langen Reisestunden bin im Hotel angekommen!
Ich war da! Und Uplevel your business mit Christine Kane konnte starten!
Und was für ein Start es war!
G.R.A.N.D.I.O.S!!!

200+ Entrepreneurs aus aller Welt haben sich im Saal versammelt!
Von 9.00- 21.00 Uhr wurde gelernt, gesprochen, diskutiert, verworfen- und vor allem eins: fokussiert! Klarheit ist der Schlüssel von allem.

Ich kann es selber kaum glauben, aber es ist soweit. In zwei Tagen werde ich nach Atlanta fliegen und einer meiner grössten Träume geht so in Erfüllung!
Ich bin unheimlich dankbar für diese Möglichkeit! Unheimlich aufgeregt und nervös!
Eine perfekte Mischung!
Wenn ich Coachingkunden habe, und ihnen dabei helfe ihren Traum zu leben, dann ist immer eine Prise Angst, eine Prise Aufregung und sehr sehr viel Begeisterung mit im Spiel!

Wir werden in einem tollen Hotel sein. Hui, mein allererstes Mal in einem Wolkenkratzer!
Sowieso- mit 38 zum ersten Mal in die Staaten, alleine!
Wir werden von Christine Kane soviel lernen!
Mein Herz schlägt für diese Momente!

Und meine Freundin aus New York wird mich in Atlanta besuchen! Wir haben zusammen in Paris Pantomime studiert und sehen uns wegen der Entfernung nur sehr sehr selten!
Jetzt kommt alles in wunderbarer Weise zusammen!

When I help my coching clients to live their purpose we always realize that it includes a pinch of fear and exitement and a lot of enthusiasm.

We will all stay in a wonderful hotel. It will be the first time for me in a skyscraper... 38 years old and the very first time in the United States.
We all will learn so much in these days, Christine Kane is the perfect mentor to me.
My heart is beating for this event.

My best friend from New York will come down to Atlanta and stay with me. We both studied Mime in Paris and due to the huge distance we don't meet very often.
Now everything comes together in its perfect way.

Atlanta- I am coming!!!

This is a story as in a book of miracles! I am jumping around for the last couple of weeks and I am still not tired, my muscles get trained! Why am I singing and jumping?
I will fly to Atlanta and meet my mentor in person: Christine Kane!
And here I will share my story but first I want you to ask this question:

Here's my story:
In december 2011 I organized a special Dreambook- Event! I invited people to my studio to create a
visionboard for the coming year:
2012

I guided them through, how to make it, we made a little meditation, very soft and sweet and then we got creative.

Here is my dreambook:

In every Dreambook-Event I give them very personal feedback about the very next steps they can make. I do this in an intuitive way, I hear them, I see them and I feel them. I got so many wonderful feedbacks after the events, sometimes 6 month later, that the power of our evening is still working!

So, coming back to my own picture, I realized some days later that there was so much gold on it. This made me jump, it just boosted me away.

Why?
Christine Kane has a programm called GOLD.  It is a mastermind programm for business owner. Like me.

I knew it will come true, I felt it, I really really could hear my heart wisper! I knew that I would meet her. That I would fly for the very first time to the U.S. (how cool ist that!!!!)

Then I got the news that she will teach a programm called: Uplevel your business.
I waited for it about 6 month! Honestly, I asked her team 5 times when they would bring it out.

On that day, this wonderful day!!! my laptop, my internet broke down! Just some hours before her call, her offer. I called my friends, again and again and then at the end, I found someone, a very*very kind person (love) who invited me to use his internet.

I bought the programm the very first moment she was telling me that it is open for registration.
I was so quick!

Here is what happened:
I got a free ticket to her event!
I was even so fast that I won a VIP ticket! Extra time with her!

You know what- I went home and I didn't even think that it might be possible to fly to the States.
I am a mama.
Oh my god, that was a limited belief!
I got help- so quickly, that I realized my luck only some days later!

I am surrounded by love and by help!
I have the biggest smile on my face!

Yes! Atlanta! Yes Christine! I am coming!!!!
I am a 100 % commited!
I am grateful for this opportunity, for my live!

Embrace your fear and let it go

Heute war Maltag und dabei ist dieses Portät entstanden. "Umarme deine Angst und lass sie los."

Als Coach bin ich mir bewusst, dass es  nicht für alle Menschen leicht ist, die Angst loszulassen. Zuerst müssen wir die Angst genau kennen. Wovor fürchte ich mich? Was ist das Schlimmste, welches mir passieren könnte?

Wenn wir der Angst in die Augen schauen, sie als das nehmen was sie ist, ohne irgendeine Wertung reinzugeben- dann bekommen wir Klarheit.

Dann entstehen Möglichkeiten, du kannst aktiv werden. Solange eine Angst unklar ist, hat sie soviel Macht über dich. Oder besser gesagt, du gibst ihr die Macht.

Today was my creativ painting love day! I painted a portrait: "Embrace your fear and let it go!"

As a coach I know that it is not that easy for everone to face their fears. First of all we have to know our fear. What do I fear, what I am afraid of? What would be the worst thing that could happen in any situation?

When we face our fear, when we accept it for what it is (no judgement), the we're getting clear about it. Then we are creating possibilities, we can move forward. Fear will loose its power!

Schau deine Angst an. Wo fühlst du sie? Was sagt sie zu dir? Welche Wörter hörst du? Was ist dein nächster kleinster Schritt, denn du heute gehen kannst? Nimm deine Angst an, umarme sie. Sie lässt dir Flügel wachsen!

Look at it. Where do you feel it? Witch words do you hear? What is your next very tiny tiny tiny step you can make today? Embrace the fear- your wings will grow.

Denk daran, du hast alles was du brauchst! Du schaffst es! Liebe ist in der Luft, fang sie!

Remember, you have everything you need. Love is in the air- catch it!
