It is coming to and end- it is time for a new start

Dear Braveheart Blog!
You have been my love and a place for so many Bravehearts. You inspired others, you created lovely Challenges and you have opened so many Hearts.

You were born out of my heart and we were walking our journey together, imperfectly, but with intention, love and laughter.

Now it is time to embrace a very new beginning.

I want to have a place where I can create everything by myself. Where I might  be less attractive to all the smapers out there.

A new place that shows fully who I am and how I work. A sacred place for growth and inspiration.

A new place that vibrates high and that is is pure allignement with me and my heart.

I leave this place like this and invite all of you, lovely Braveheart to come and see my new place.

Hello, I’m Sharyn and I’m a jewellery maker, mixed media artist and blogger in pursuit of living an authentic and Happy life.

 
How did you find out what your calling is ?
3 years ago I moved from my hometown of Sydney, to Brisbane. Shortly before we moved I took a class in Experimental Drawing at Brett Whiteley Studio. This reinvigorated my interest in art after a long absence from painting and drawing. After we moved I decided to pursue my artistic interests once again. I searched the internet for online classes and creative blogs. I discovered wonderful art communities where I connected with other artists and crafters who were creating and selling their wares. I was inspired by what I read and the art I saw. I knew that my dreams were worth pursuing too.

Please share your favorite thing about your business:
I love that I am following my passion and spending time creating with heart and soul. Painting is very therapeutic and I can lose myself in painting for hours. I enjoy jewellery making very much. It is a passion I have had for a very long time. I brainstorm and think about new designs every day, research the metaphysical properties and healing attributes of the gems and crystals I create with and then the hands on creating begins.

 

What was your bravest step?
Probably taking the leap into starting a business. I had considered it years ago. Back then, I didn’t believe I could do it. I was scared I would fail and I feared sharing my story and life beyond my circle. Today I know better. I know that investing my time and passion is very important and following my dreams is paramount to happiness. I feel that sharing my story is intrinsic to my business.

 
As you know I am a Dreamcoach where I help heartcentred people connect with their passion, mission, and vision. What are you dreaming about?

I dream about growing my handmade business and having customers who love what I paint and create. I dream about being free from fear, doubt and anxiety. I dream about inspiring others to overcome their fears and use it as fuel to following their dreams.

 
What are your top 3 tips to keep balance as an Entrepreneur ?

1 Take a break and don’t feel bad about it.

2 Keep a life & biz to do list /progress list. This keeps me motivated to keep going, reminds me how far I have come, and what things require focus and attention.

3 Make time for fun and regularly do things you enjoy – for example painting, watching movies, yoga, beauty treatments, relaxing bath, weekend away etc.

Blogchallenge: L.e.A.P

Hello & welcome to my Blogchallenge on Monday! Today's topic is: Le.A.P

When I decided and put together all the topics for my Blogchallenge I choose them intuitively.
So what is really exiting is that I am taking a big leap in these days.

I am working on my new website. I am very happy about that decision. I do love this place here. I have really put a lot into it. Lots of energy and time and love.

But when I started to invest in my business I realized that I needed a fresh start. I need to be able to "own" my place. I need to be able to make all the decisions by myself.

It feels like I need to come home and that is why I take the leap.

When my statistics started to go higher and higher all the spamer started to come in.

So as I work as an Intuitive I really need to have my sacred space.

I am very happy about this new start and I love love love to invite you to come over the new place.

Hi, Andrea ! I’m happy to be here with you and your readers.

I am a personal development coach and a mixed media artist. As a coach, I work with women who are ready to accept personal responsibility for moving their lives forward. As a mixed media artist, I make art that is positive, uplifting and full of color & texture.

 

How did you find out what your calling is ?

I have always been interested in being of service and helping people grow & develop, but it’s taken me a long time to figure out what that might look like. I found my calling by following my heart and being open to new experiences. Step by step, that led me to where I am now. I hope that by continuing to live that way, my calling will refine itself in the days to come.

Please share your favorite thing about your business:

My very favorite thing about my business is that I get to stand in witness to the blooming lives of so many incredible women. I love getting to watch my clients grow and develop – and I’m honored to be a part of their process ! I really look forward to sharing sessions with my clients, to see where their stories will take them.

 

What was your bravest step?

On a business level: I haven’t worked in several years because of a chronic health issue. My bravest step was the first step – simply investing in myself emotionally, and believing I had something to offer. It was difficult to let go of my vision of myself as disabled and embrace a new, more powerful, vision of what my life might be like.

On a personal level: The bravest thing I’ve done was move half way across the country when I married my husband. When we met, I lived in Arkansas and he lived in California, (in the United States). We eventually decided to live near his family, rather than near mine or in a neutral area. It was difficult because I’d only spent a short amount of time with his family prior to moving there. I left my rather large, close-knit, family and many beloved friends to become a part of his much smaller family and make new friends. I’m so glad we made that decision, however, because now I feel as though his family has truly become my family; his parents are not my in-laws, but rather simply part of my family, and I’ve made new friends that have blessed me beyond measure.

 

As you know I am a Dreamcoach where I help heartcentred people connect with their passion, mission, and vision. What are you dreaming about?

I’m dreaming of expanding my practice, so that I can work with more women on a deeper level; of deepening my connection to some of the women in my life, so that my life will be richer; and of living in a healthier and more vibrant way, so that I can better  enjoy the life I have.

 

What are your top 3 tips to keep balance as an Entrepreneur ?

 

·         In addition to scheduling time to work, try to schedule time that you absolutely don’t work – time to hang out with friends, for example, or to rest and relax with a television show or movie – or a good cup of tea and a few cookies.

·         Try not to do what doesn’t feel good. I’m not talking about giving into your fears, but rather delegating, using your intuition to move forward with new experiences, and giving yourself permission to say ‘no’.

·         Know and honor your work style. Do you like loud music or perfect silence ? Do you work best alone or in a crowd ? When are you most open to inspiration ? When are you most energized ? Honoring your work style means knowing the answer to those questions – and more ! – and then planning your work day accordingly. You’ll get more done with less effort this way.

People have always told me that I´m a good listener and that my direct, yet gentle, way of asking them direct and honest questions has helped them see things from different perspectives, hear better what their inner voice is saying and really believing that they are capable of more than they are doing right now.

When I chose to make changes in my life in 2011 this just came naturally to me.

To witness the growth of my clients !  When my clients find out their dreams and vision, ways to turn it into reality, ways around their possible obstacles and just go for it with my support and encouragement, that is absolutely what I love most about my business.

What was your bravest step?
To leave my safe zone, spread my wings and just go for my own dream.

What are your top 3 tips to keep balance as an Entrepreneur ?

Take good care of myself, enough sleep, exercises, good nutrition and enough "me-time".

Do my weekly Sunday Summits, to keep track of my accomplishments and my aha-moments as well as making plans for what I want to achieve.

Give some of my time to others ; offer some free private coaching sessions every month to those who need or want it but can´t afford it.

Blogchallenge: E.A.s.E

Hello & welcome to my Blogchallenge on Monday! Today's topic is: E. A. s. E

So, that is one of my favorite topics ever! People have the tendency to make everything really complicated. People are in their head. People think in a box. People are willing to suffer and to work hard. It is like we want to proove how hard we can work and how tough we can be.

One thing I really never understood when I have been a Mimestudent in Paris. We were treatend like an Elite Group. Like special ones. On one side.

On the other side we had to sit in the spotlight, lots of eyes fixed on us, all alone on stage. Feedback time. They have beaten us up. With words. It felt like that.

Why?

They said:
We want to prepare you to be strong for the world outside.
You have to be tough, we train you.

I know that is a current behavior in theatre schools. It is the same everywhere.

I am far away of that thinking.

Creativity, Vulnerability, Passion, Love, Commitment are all coming from a place of sharing.
We open our heart  to the world.
We give.
Because we need to.
Because it feels easy.
Because it is pure.

We do not need to become hard.
It works the other way round.


Ease- we can allow ourself to respect our heart, the flow of it, to listen to the heartbeat, the wispers.
This never lies.
This never feels hard.

It feels soft and lovely and easy. It opens doors!

I want to encourage you to allow yourself to follow your path- that path that makes you smile.

This is growth.

WE do not need to hold on something that feels hard. Embrace it and then let it go.

My name is Nikole and I am a web developer in Eugene, OR, USA. I have been working with the web for over 17 years now. At this point in my evolution, I work with entrepreneurs who are trying to launch something online such as a site, product, or service.

 
How did you find out what your calling is ?

I don't think I ever had that moment of OH THAT IS WHAT I AM GOING TO DO ! Really I just jumped right in and got started, figuring it out as I went. As time went on, I discovered more and more what classification of people would need my services and the needs they had in common. I used that to really hone in on the value I could provide and what I could mean to these people.

Please share your favorite thing about your business:

I love the moment when the launch goes live – when all the hard work, the sweat and tears, the late nights and strategies is suddenly OUT THERE and all the praise and response is coming in. That is the moment when I can watch my clients get excited about seeing their dreams come true, and I can be proud of my role in the process.

What was your bravest step?

I think every time I have to look at my business or model or strategy and rethink it, it is brave. It is brave to admit that maybe I'm doing something wrong, or that I'm allowing myself to go into the wrong direction. It is brave to not know the destination of my business will be, but to just go for it anyway. Entrepreneurship is not for the faint of heart or those who are short on faith!

I dream of space. Space to dream, space to think, space to plan ... not feeling like I am rushing from one thing to the next and juggling 30 things at once, every second of my day. Don't get me wrong, because I love having a lot going on – it keeps me on my toes! But sometimes my head feels like a crowded fog of too muchness and I'd like to see some whitespace occasionally.

What are your top 3 tips to keep balance as an Entrepreneur ?

I think balance is one of those myths that I don't know I can acheive, especially being a mother of 2 young children on top of running my own business. Maybe no one can, I don't know. But always looking for what you can't have ... well you might as well be looking for unicorns or pots of gold. So if I had three tips, they would be : 1) Instead of looking for some perfect version of life, look at what you have and love it with all your heart. 2) Be ruthless in cutting out things that aren't working. You don't have time or energy to worry about things that are not contributing joy to your life ! 3) Schedule in some breaks, even if it's just playtime with your kids or a walk around the block. You can't just keep going full steam all the time, as you will burn out.

Please introduce yourself to my blogreaders:

Thank you so much for having me, Andrea! My name is Karina Ladet and I'm an intuitive, healer and free spirit. I'm Swedish but I live in the South of France with my French husband and our two young children. I used to work in communications/marketing at an international company but left that world to move to the countryside, have children and live a much slower and more authentic life. I started my business one year ago and I offer intuitive readings, coaching and I teach beautiful souls how to communicate with their spirit guides. I mostly work online but I also love running workshops and meeting people in real life. It's so much more difficult to hug people on Skype!

 

 

How did you find out what your calling is?

Almost 12 years ago I did a workshop where I learnt how to connect and communicate with my spirit guides and that weekend changed my life forever. As soon as I started consciously communicating with my guides I knew this was my life's purpose. I started doing readings for my friends at first and then slowly it grew from there. It took me about 10 years to find the courage to start my own business doing what I love but I am so grateful that I kept my Big Dream inside my heart during all those years.

Please share your favorite thing about your business:

There are so many amazing things about my business but if I have to choose only one it would have to be when a client can feel that what she already knows intuitively is true. That moment when a client can feel that she is surrounded by guides and angels or when she knows in her heart that someone who died is still present (but in a different form) - that is pure magic! I feel so honored and blessed to be doing this work.

What was your bravest step?

To start my own business! I kept pushing the date forward thinking I had to wait for the perfect time. Until I realized that moment would never come and that I had to do it when I felt the desire to start. Once that was done I was in the flow. Exposing myself and talking about my work (= marketing) has also been a big challenge for me.

I dream of travelling the world and offering live workshops in many different countries and teaching at beautiful retreats in Australia.

What are your top 3 tips to keep balance as an Entrepreneur?

Balance is so important and my top 3 ways to stay happy and present are:

·                     Get enough rest

·                     Switch off the computer, mobile phone, TV

·                     Go outside

My name is Carol Cox and I am president and founder of Ginkgo Leaf Studio. I help women who are ready, learn to connect the dots between body, mind, and spirit via meditation and relaxation, core based movement, and thought work.

How did you find out what your calling is ? 
Very circuitously !  My background is in art and design, and I suddenly felt compelled to continue my journey by becoming a Pilates teacher.  As soon as I started teaching, I began to become fascinated with all things mind body, which led me to the place of integrated mind body work and coaching that I offer today.

Please share your favorite thing about your business: 
My favorite thing about my business is helping women get back to their inner selves after many years of being outer focused.

What was your bravest step? 
I think that would have to be leaving the art and design field to learn to teach movement!  Something totally foreign to me, but I somehow knew it had a purpose.

Huge Succes with my Intuitive Dreambook Reading

I am spending lovely days in Cornwall, England- the Land of my Heart.

 

England, is also where my very first English client lives.

So- I keep it simple!

 

In two days I will take the plane and fly to the most beautiful country- the land of the Celts!

I will spend 7 days at my favorite place on earth. The place I am visiting since the age of 20.

 

Yes, that is quite for a long time.

 

St. Ives in Cornwall.

 

That is where I feel vibrant. It is the place where my heart belongs. This is the place where I fill my batteries with joy and ease and inspiration.

 

Vibrance is in the air.
