Atlanta- I am coming!!!

This is a story as in a book of miracles! I am jumping around for the last couple of weeks and I am still not tired, my muscles get trained! Why am I singing and jumping?
I will fly to Atlanta and meet my mentor in person: Christine Kane!
And here I will share my story but first I want you to ask this question:

Here's my story:
In december 2011 I organized a special Dreambook- Event! I invited people to my studio to create a
visionboard for the coming year:
2012

I guided them through, how to make it, we made a little meditation, very soft and sweet and then we got creative.

Here is my dreambook:

In every Dreambook-Event I give them very personal feedback about the very next steps they can make. I do this in an intuitive way, I hear them, I see them and I feel them. I got so many wonderful feedbacks after the events, sometimes 6 month later, that the power of our evening is still working!

So, coming back to my own picture, I realized some days later that there was so much gold on it. This made me jump, it just boosted me away.

Why?
Christine Kane has a programm called GOLD.  It is a mastermind programm for business owner. Like me.

I knew it will come true, I felt it, I really really could hear my heart wisper! I knew that I would meet her. That I would fly for the very first time to the U.S. (how cool ist that!!!!)

Then I got the news that she will teach a programm called: Uplevel your business.
I waited for it about 6 month! Honestly, I asked her team 5 times when they would bring it out.

On that day, this wonderful day!!! my laptop, my internet broke down! Just some hours before her call, her offer. I called my friends, again and again and then at the end, I found someone, a very*very kind person (love) who invited me to use his internet.

I bought the programm the very first moment she was telling me that it is open for registration.
I was so quick!

Here is what happened:
I got a free ticket to her event!
I was even so fast that I won a VIP ticket! Extra time with her!

You know what- I went home and I didn't even think that it might be possible to fly to the States.
I am a mama.
Oh my god, that was a limited belief!
I got help- so quickly, that I realized my luck only some days later!

I am surrounded by love and by help!
I have the biggest smile on my face!

Yes! Atlanta! Yes Christine! I am coming!!!!
I am a 100 % commited!
I am grateful for this opportunity, for my live!

It is time to spread my wings!

Embrace your fear and let it go

Heute war Maltag und dabei ist dieses Portät entstanden. "Umarme deine Angst und lass sie los."

Als Coach bin ich mir bewusst, dass es  nicht für alle Menschen leicht ist, die Angst loszulassen. Zuerst müssen wir die Angst genau kennen. Wovor fürchte ich mich? Was ist das Schlimmste, welches mir passieren könnte?

Wenn wir der Angst in die Augen schauen, sie als das nehmen was sie ist, ohne irgendeine Wertung reinzugeben- dann bekommen wir Klarheit.

Dann entstehen Möglichkeiten, du kannst aktiv werden. Solange eine Angst unklar ist, hat sie soviel Macht über dich. Oder besser gesagt, du gibst ihr die Macht.

Today was my creativ painting love day! I painted a portrait: "Embrace your fear and let it go!"

As a coach I know that it is not that easy for everone to face their fears. First of all we have to know our fear. What do I fear, what I am afraid of? What would be the worst thing that could happen in any situation?

When we face our fear, when we accept it for what it is (no judgement), the we're getting clear about it. Then we are creating possibilities, we can move forward. Fear will loose its power!

Schau deine Angst an. Wo fühlst du sie? Was sagt sie zu dir? Welche Wörter hörst du? Was ist dein nächster kleinster Schritt, denn du heute gehen kannst? Nimm deine Angst an, umarme sie. Sie lässt dir Flügel wachsen!

Look at it. Where do you feel it? Witch words do you hear? What is your next very tiny tiny tiny step you can make today? Embrace the fear- your wings will grow.

Denk daran, du hast alles was du brauchst! Du schaffst es! Liebe ist in der Luft, fang sie!

Remember, you have everything you need. Love is in the air- catch it!

Today I want to share a very nice tool I use. The color palette. I love colors so much and combined with my own fotos- it is a real inspiration and ...what else to say- I JuST LOVe iT!

1. Nimm deine Kamera und schiesse ein Bild, speichere es auf deinem PC.
2. Kopiere diesen Link in deinen Browser. http://bighugelabs.com/colors.php
3. Lade dein Bild hoch.
4. Da kommt es schon- dein wunderbares Bild!

Nun kannst du damit deine Webseite, deinen Blog designen, mit harmonischen oder in stimmenden Farben!

Faces

In dieser Woche male ich ein Porträt. Es ist immer noch am Entstehen. Ich liebe diesen Prozess, von werden lasssen, wieder übermalen, kleben.

In this week I focus on faces. It is still in progress. I love it so much to follow the flow of the painting, to paint over it and to glue!

 Ich verwende Papier aus alten Büchern.

I have old books, they are brilliant to use!
