I had the answer right away!
I want to listen to my heart and to get centred. Every day. I want to spend at least 15 minutes to listen to my inner voice. How do I feel? What do I want? What do I want to let go.
15 minutes of silence. 15 minutes of peace and focus.
I will write it all down in my journal.
Yes, this is my commitment for the coming weeks!
Yes, we can make things happen. Yes we make big changes in only 15 minutes.
Take babysteps.
What about YOU?
What habit do you want to focus on?
Please share it in the comments!
I share my heart with YOU!
Love, Andrea

I want to focus on discipline....taking things out of my day that do not serve me, such as television and surfing the net! : )
Love your post!
this is a great reminder to slow down and take time to embrace my creativity. we are in the middle of moving and there is soooo much to do that I haven't taken much time (or any time) to just listen to that voice! i miss it. also, i love that plate, too!
oh, sorry... the art on your header... i love that! (i went through to quick the first time)
Julie! Thank you so much for your comment! It is so easy to forget about our silence-time in this world! So what I really love is the fact that we do not need to change everything from A to Z, but just to be aware and to start with the very first step. That is working! There is no owerwhelm in it!
I created this painting after a silence- session- so this habit also helps me to get creative! I send you lots of energie for your "moving"! Love, Andrea
Lizzy, I totally agree about television and surfing the net. I am very clear about my time I spent with these things. Actually I set a timer. That helps a lot! Maybe you can apply this too!
Love! Andrea
My husband and I recently put our TV in the closet. It's an old TV and really big and heavy, so anytime we want to watch it we have to lift it out of the closet and drag it down the hall! This has helped us so much in limiting our TV time and even kind of make it like a "date night" when we do decide to get the TV out! :)
Nothing helps me get centered more than understanding that all I have to do is take the next step. It's taken me a loooong time to understand this and to live it, and sometimes I forget, but the more I practice, the easier and more natural it becomes!
Dear Sadee, this is such a great idea! I am a Mime and I can see you both carrying this heavy TV- what a great performance! I love it!

Dear Karen,
this is so so true! It is the best way to make "things" happen!
Love to you and I look forward to see you in the U.S. soon! Andrea
I am a huge fan of Christine Kane...I went to several of her retreats in 2006 and have most of her CDS! Love this idea of focusing on one habit. I am thinking my word for this coming year will be FOCUS!
P.S. I love seeing some of the German language. I was fluent as a child, now I can only read and understand most of the spoken word...I sound like a four year old when I speak or write it myself!
