Habits in your life

Today my coach Christine Kane asked me to get clear about one habit I want do adopt in my coming weeks or months.

I had the answer right away!

I want to listen to my heart and to get centred. Every day. I want to spend at least 15 minutes to listen to my inner voice. How do I feel? What do I want? What do I want to let go.

15 minutes of silence. 15 minutes of peace and focus.

I will write it all down in my journal.

Yes, this is my commitment for the coming weeks!

Yes, we can make things happen. Yes we make big changes in only 15 minutes.
Take babysteps.
